Homework for Thursday Feb. 21, 2008

1. Grammar Dimensions 3: Review pages 10-12, and complete exercise 6, 7, & 8 on pages 14-16

  • Check your answers on the website on pages 4-5.
  • Think about the mistakes.
  • Ask questions if you don’t understand.

2. Journal:

In your journal write a paragraph about your habits in Japan and compare them with your life in the US.

Please use simple present for habits that are long term and present progressive for habits that are temporary.

Use at least 4 different adverbs of frequency (always, never, sometimes) and 4 time expressions (now, today, these days, this semester, this year).

Remember to begin your paragraph with a topic sentence.
