The Code of Ethics
Buskin Robbins has some rules and guidelines to help make decisions. That is code of ethics. I am going to explain code of ethics of Baskin Robbins Australian directors.
Directors have many code of ethics. I am going to explain 2 types of the code of ethics.
The first type of code of ethics is the Duties. According to the Allied Brands Limited, directors have a duty for 5 actions. They are: "act in good faith in the best interests of the Company and for a proper purpose, act in the interests of all shareholders and to avoid any potential conflict of interest, exercise a reasonable degree of care and diligence, not make improper use of information, and not make improper use of their position,"
The second type of code of ethics is Co-operation. Baskin Robbins directors co-operate with each other to make decisions. According to the Allied Brands Limited, "Directors must observe solidarity with the resolutions of the Board and co-operate in their implementation."
