Information from First All-Student Meeting

► Attendance at the All-Student Meeting (ASM) is “Required.”   

► If you cannot come to the All-Student Meeting (due to sickness):
      1) Please call 503-373-3300 to tell you cannot come because you are sick.
      2) Please come to Tomoko’s office to get information you missed.

► If you need to be absent from class, you need to send an e-mail to your professor ahead of time, or call the TIUA front desk at 503-373-3300.

► We will collect your cell phone number.

► If you do not have a cell phone, you need to check out a phone from WITS.

► If you have not contacted your family since you get here, please do so.

► Check your e-mail a few times a day.

► Check your mailbox every day.

► If you receive a package, you will receive an e-mail from the office.  It will tell you to come the TIUA front desk to pick up your package and sign for it.

► Please try to communicate with staff members during the normal business hours (Monday to Friday from 8 am to 5 pm)

► If you send e-mail to the staff members during outside of the business hours, you may not get response until the next business day.

► If you have emergency, please call the Campus Safety at 503-370-6911.

► Please do not call staff members’ personal cell phone numbers.
