I would like to talk about how to use Myspace. Myspace is the largest social networkingservice (SNS)for people who speak English. This is like mixi or facebook. Also many artists enter Myspace too. We can become friends with people from all over the world and famous people in Myspace. I will talk about how to use Myspace to create your portfolio. First , you create a user account on the Myspace site. You will need a correct e-mail account to use when you ”sign in”. The name is the same as your e-mail account. And you make a password to access your account. Setting up an account only takes a few minutes. You fill out a form. You write the country , state, date of birth, gender, preferred site and language , verification. And you click,” sign up”. Second you edit your profile. You type in your name, city, age, hobby, what you like and more. Also many people write in their religion. Next, you create your profile. You write about yourself and you can put music on your profile and you choose your profile’s background. Also you can add a YouTube movie. If you finish fill out or put something , you click, “save your changes”button. Fourth, you make friends. It’s easy to do. You write your friends or aritists name in a search space. If you find your friends or artist, you click, “to add friends button”. Then you can become friends with them. Also you can send a message to them.

I asked eight people: 6 students and 2 professors about it. 62.5% of the respondents know about Myspace. 62.5% of the respondents have seen a Myspace page. 50.0 % of the respondents know how to use Myspace. 37.5% of the respondents have their own Myspace page. One person uses it 3 times a month, another person uses it once a week. They think most teenagers use Myspace. In conclusion many people know Myspace and how to use it. Therefore Myspace is famous.
