Enter your last name in
the box and click the FIND >> button
One or more choices
should appear. Click the button next to your name and then click NEXT>>
The next screen says
“Account look-up”. Enter your birthday (in MM/DD/YYYY format, for
example: 03/08/1987) and click on the VERIFY button. Your account
should appear.
Now you have a chance to
fill in some contact information for yourself AND to choose which items to
display to others. If you do not check the box to the left of the
information then it will be hidden from others. If you check the box then
others can see the information. It would probably be good to allow others
to see your home address at least. You must fill any areas that have a
red star * next to them. It is easiest if you choose the country (Japan,
etc.) first, then fill in the rest of the information. On this page you
will also create a username and password to access the site
in the future. You can use your WU login and password for this purpose if
you like. You can select whether you want to receive e-mails from the
Alumni Association or not. Make sure to choose Yes in the Terms
and Conditions box.
When you are finished
filling in your information click the Continue button at the bottom
of the page. Fill in any information you would like on the next page.
Then choose Continue again. Congratulations! Your account is set
up.
Now you can join the TIUA
alumni and Friends group. Return to the Willamette home page, and
return to the Alumni area (as in steps 1, 2 and 3 above). This time choose
login under the My Account area in the upper left corner. Put in
the username (login) and password that you created in step 6 above.
When you are logged in
you will see several choices under the My Account area in the upper left
of the screen. Choose My Groups. Scroll down the screen until you
find the TIUA Alumni and Friends group near the very bottom. Check
the box next to it to join that group.
Yay! You are done for
