Equipment Reservation

Note: As of January, 2004 you no longer need to reserve a particular TV/VCR/DVD cart number. After using the online registration system you can just take whatever cart you can lay your hands on in room 111.

Equipment Reservation Procedure:

Faculty and staff can reserve most mobile TIUA technology related equipment online using any web browser at the following link:

TIUA Online Resource Reservations

The User Name for reservations is simply    TIUA   (use all capital letters)

This includes reservations for the following items:

• all video cameras
• all still cameras (digital and film)
• notebook computers
• technology related classrooms, such as room 145, the room 109 computer classroom and room 121

When reserving resources please remember to include YOUR contact information in the appropriate fields so we know who to contact if necessary. Also include any other information in the notes field, such as which classroom you need to have a TV/VCR cart delivered to, etc.

Students will need to call x3377 to reserve equipment.

If you do not feel comfortable reserving the equipment using the web, or if you do not have access to a web browser please call the TIUA help desk at 503 373-3377. (extension 3377 from on campus)
