TIUA provides public videoconference room services at very reasonable rates. We are affiliates of Affinity Videonet and Proximity, among other videoconferencing organizations, so you can be assured your conference bookings will be handled with the utmost professionalism. We work with thousands of affiliate public rooms across the US and around the world so you can connect to whoever you need to, wherever they are! We can often help you locate multilingual translation services as well.
TIUA has several different conference room configurations to choose from to accommodate groups of up to 200 guests. The on-site catering service can fill your refreshment needs from fruit or pasteries to a full lunch or dinner.
Our equipment provides data rates of up to 512Kbps for excellent audio and video clarity. Our equipment can connect with virtually any standards based videoconference equipment, over IP or ISDN. We can also provide services such as: recording your conference and creating a DVD of it, dual cameras, document camera, computer interface, large screen display etc.
