General Policies

1.    Driving and Ownership of any motor vehicle or motorcycle is not permitted.  All ASP students must wear seatbelts while traveling in the ASP vans or other vehicles. Seatbelt use is required by Oregon law and TIUA policy.

2.    For an overnight trip off campus, ASP students must complete an online trip form and submit it prior to leaving campus.

3.    Every ASP student is expected to follow all University policies and all local, state and federal laws.

4.    Every ASP student is expected to complete all ASP/WU requirements.  This includes payment of all ASP/WU bills, submission of trip forms, and completion of all other forms and procedures required by TIUA/WU offices.  Your certificate and transcripts may be withheld if anything is left incomplete.

Violation of these policies could result in punitive consequences, including expulsion from school. 

In other words, the student could immediately be sent back to Japan.
